Hi and thank you for being here!

My art is hanging on walls in Sweden, UK, the US, Mexico and Canada. I trust that each piece and its owner will find each other, it is so very fun to see them meet!

I often paint zebras, giraffes and other beings with wise, loving and playful expressions. Each piece of art is created in love, that is a promise I made to myself. The colours and motifs are inspired by my way of living, my travels and everything I learn about our true potential as human beings here and now. A painting often takes over 40 lovely hours to create, the largest ones many, many more. Each of my artworks comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.

PAYMENT METHODS

Thank you for purchasing from Petra Sofie! Payment details will be emailed to you once you place your order.

Within Sweden: Swish or Bankgiro.

Internationally: PayPal or Bank transfer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Different shipping times and fees apply depending on item and destination. Items are shipped when your payment is recieved.

ART

Original art pieces will be securely packaged and sent via courier, within 10 days of your order. Estimated shipping time after that is 1-7 days depending on destination. Most shippings are traceable and insured. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label is created. Depending on item and location, your package will be home delivered or arrive at the carriers service point near you.

Within Sweden: Free

Internationally: Smaller items are 80 SEK, an additional cost between 500-2 000 SEK will be added to larger items depending on size and destination. Additional local taxes and duties may apply to any order.

PRINTS & DESIGN

All items are printed on demand in Sweden. Please allow 10 days for order processing. Estimated shipping time 1-7 days depending on destination.

Within Sweden: Free

Internationally: 80 SEK. Additional local taxes and duties may apply.

UPON DELIVERY

Check your package on arrival. In the case of unlikely damage, take a photo of the package before opening and let me know within 24 hours by sending an email to hi@petrasofie.com.

Unwrap with care. Please notice how the piece have been packaged and if you are not completely sure of your purchase, keep the packaging in case of return.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

I hope that you love what you have ordered online! If for some reason you do not, you have 14 days from the day you received your delivery to change your mind.

The following conditions apply to returns:

If you would like to arrange a return you need to email me at hi@petrasofie.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
You always pay for your order, a refund will be issued within 14 days from receiving and approving the return. The cost of the return delivery cost, will not be refunded.
You are responsible for following the return instructions that will be sent to you in an email. It includes the responsibility to re-wrap the product securely.
